Welcome to the most affordable, modern, yet rustic, youth organization camping experience near Hershey

Check the calendar below for availability for your desired space and use. Not sure what you need? Visit our Camp Sites Page for a description of each area of camp. Then fill out the reservation request form below. We’ll then confirm your reservation, usually within a day or two.

Inquiries prior to making a reservation, and questions after confirmation may be directed at reservations@campcatherinehershey.org. We look forward to your visit. If you do not hear from our scheduler within 48 hours of submitting your reservation request, please email.

* includes up to 6 sets of youth bows and arrows, Range accommodates 4 archers at a time. Camp has access to Certified Archery Instructor, whom can be booked based on availability for $50 per 4 hour session. Note this request when reserving archery range if you do not have your own certified instructor.

Note: Lodge and Pavilion may be available for 4 hour blocks(except weekend). Please make inquiry in “Additional Comments” section if interested in short term use of facility. Availability is based on scheduling and seasonal use.

Note: If interested in multiple reservations over a longer period(ie: weekly use of the Pavilion), please indicate in the “Additional Comments” section. Separate reservation requests are not needed.

Reminder: Camp Catherine can only accept reservations for organized youth group activities where youth are present and liability insurance coverage is in effect(ie: youth groups, scouts, clubs, children’s day camps, etc)

If you need a contract to be sent to a second party for signature or for payment, you can list them here. The above email will still be for primary contact.

Note: The Games Area, trails, and water access is common space and may be shared with other guests (unless whole camp is reserved).

You must have a Certified Instructor in attendance when using the Archery Range. In addition, you must provide proof of Insurance that covers such activities. If you do not have an Archery instructor in your group, then you may inquire if our certified instructors would be available.

You must supply your own charcoal briquettes when using the Large BBQ Grill.
